If you had to step away for a week, no phone, what would stop on day one?
Whatever stops on day one is the part of your business that lives only in you: the questions only you answer, the follow-ups only you remember, the approvals only you can give. Owners tell us this is the Free Look question that makes them think, because it separates the work only you can do from the work that simply has nowhere else to live yet. Swava's job is to give the second kind a home, with you still approving anything that goes out in your name.
What the answer usually names
Day-one stoppages are almost never the craft itself, the plumbing, the installs, the work customers pay for. They are the connective work around it: customer questions landing in five places, quotes waiting on a second touch, scheduling held in one head, promises nobody wrote down. Those are exactly the leaks the earlier Free Look questions map: where questions land and what falls through and what it costs. The step-away question just prices them all at once: a week of them stopping is a week of the business stopping.
Our own proof run: built to be run from a phone
Before this system is sold to anyone, Swava's founder is running his own business on it, Crews 4 Christ, faith-first tees and Bible study tools, documented as it happens. What is true so far, from the record:
Built for zero dollars. The whole build was directed from an Android phone, no laptop.
A video factory with 26 lanes on the books; 13 proven on real rendered videos, the rest labeled spec-only, staged, or parked, out loud.
The shop is live with 52 products on the books (counted October 14, 2026).
Every draft is graded by a Judge against fixed rules before it can post, and finished pieces wait in an approval pile the owner can see and act on from his phone. Nothing posts without his word.
Permission first, or it doesn't run: four ministries were asked before any sermon clips, zero replies so far, so all four clip lanes stay locked.
And the record prints its open side too: views, followers, sales, and prediction outcomes are shown as not in yet on the front door until they land. They get filled in as they land, never before.
What "not stopping" actually takes
Three things, in order. First, the connective work is written down, where questions land, who answers, what the rules are. Second, it's tracked somewhere the owner can see from anywhere, for Swava's clients that is their private Buzz workspace, with prepared work, progress, approvals, and results. Third, drafts are prepared ahead of the moment they're needed, so a week away means approving a pile, not rebuilding one. None of that removes the owner. It removes the owner's memory as the only server the business runs on.
Questions owners ask
Is the goal a business that runs without me?
No. The goal is a business that doesn't stop without you. You keep every decision that matters, money, promises, anything in your name. The system carries the remembering and the drafting.
What if the honest answer is "everything stops"?
Then the Free Look just found the most valuable answer it can produce, and the first proof targets the day-one stoppage that costs the most. Most owners start there.
Can I see the approval pile idea working today?
Yes, in our own run. Seventeen finished videos sat in the Crews 4 Christ approval pile on October 17, 2026, each carded with its picture, its date, and its gate line, waiting on the owner's word. Prepared ahead, approved from a phone, nothing sent early.
